You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

🔹 Refund conditions

• The product must be unused , in its original condition and with the packaging intact .
• Returns are not accepted for quartz bowls with damage due to misuse or mishandling .
• If your product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery.

🔹 Application process
1️⃣ Email us at infoquantumbowls@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund.
2️⃣ Attach photographs of the product in case of damage or defect.
3️⃣ We'll respond within 3 business days with the next steps.

🔹 Refunds and times

• If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
• Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
